Consulting performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
for commercial properties, residential developments and
industrial properties as required by banks for real estate
purchase loans or refinancing. A Phase I report is prepared
according to ASTM standards, so as to protect our clients
from any future environmentally-related liability before
taking title of a property. At a minimum, the Phase I assessment
includes: historical aerial research, building permit reviews,
local environmental agency interviews, government environmental
database review, inspection of the subject property and
surrounding areas and conclusions regarding the presence
or potential presence of environmental liabilities at the
subject property. |
